Withdrawals

Written by Bruce

If you win a Predictions Game on BigUp, you can withdraw (cash out) your winnings from your Wallet.

Important before you try to withdraw winnings

You must transfer winnings to your wallet. This can be done by clicking 'Transfer to Wallet' from the prompt on page for the Prediction Game you participated in. Please refer to this article for more details.

Eligibility

You can only withdraw BigBucks earned from winning a Predictions Game (this is what shows in your Cash Out balance).

Not eligible for withdrawal:

  • BigBucks you purchased (deposits/top ups)

  • BigBucks earned from promotions, bonuses, or promos

To withdraw your winnings

  • Open your Wallet.

  • Sap the Cash Out tab.

  • You’ll see the amount you’re eligible to withdraw

  • Select the Cash Out button.

  • Click the button to initiate the cash out process.

  • Select your preferred cash out method.

Available cash-out methods

We work with a third-party provider to process withdrawals. You can withdraw your winnings as a gift card or transfer them to your Paypal account.

PayPal (fees):

  • USD: 4% fee

  • EUR: 8.33% fee

  • GBP: 8% fee

Available gift cards:

  • Visa gift card

  • Mastercard gift card

  • Amazon gift card

There is a minimum Cash Out balance of $20 to withdraw winnings.

Important notes!

  • Cash out is irreversible. Once you redeem a gift card via cash out, you can't refund those BigBucks back to your wallet or change your gift card type.

  • When providing personal information (email, name, address, etc.) to redeem your gift card, remember to check for typos and other mistakes. This information is sent directly to your gift card provider, and BigUp has no way of changing it.

  • When cashing out with PayPal, remember to use the email account associated with your PayPal account, which might be different from the email you used with your BigUp account. The email address cannot be changed after you redeem your card.

  • Check spam in case you don't receive emails from the gift card provider.
